What is the suggested application for Aloe Ferox Fitness Gel?

Anti-cellulite: apply twice daily to the areas concerned. To intensify the anti-cellulite effect, massage problem areas before applying gel.

For heavy legs: apply generously, without massaging, twice daily to the front and the back of your lower leg. Cooling effect starts within 5 minutes and lasts for several hours. Before and after sports: massage strongly into desired muscle area for a warming effect. Avoid contact with eyes. For maximum results use alongside Kiki's other Aloe Ferox products.
