Vitalia Health will gladly send your order to an overseas destination. The majority of our products can be sent to you at our standard overseas tariffs that will be automatically calculated by the shopping cart, but for some products (usually the heavier or more bulky products) we do need to charge a postage supplement.
Due to the complexities of the product selections you may make, it is not possible for the shopping cart to fully calculate the exact postage required so our customer services staff will contact you by either e-mail or phone to confirm with you the exact postage required (which we will charge at cost).
Should you not want to receive our Vitalia Health newsletters (every 2 months by post and monthly by e-mail), then please indicate to us by placing the words "No Mailings please" in any of the comments boxes.
Faulty goods will be fully refunded; we will pay the return postage.
Non-faulty goods must be returned within 14 days after receiving the product. The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods are still in the condition that they left us in. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves.
Some goods (such as those that are hygenically sealed) are excluded from the 14 days money back guarantee. Please contact customer services on 01628-898366 should you require clarification.
