Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Shipping And Handling All products are sent by First Class Post or Courier Services

Vitalia Health will gladly send your order to an overseas destination. The majority of our products can be sent to you at our standard overseas tariffs that will be automatically calculated by the shopping cart, but for some products (usually the heavier or more bulky products) we do need to charge a postage supplement.

Due to the complexities of the product selections you may make, it is not possible for the shopping cart to fully calculate the exact postage required so our customer services staff will contact you by either e-mail or phone to confirm with you the exact postage required (which we will charge at cost).

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3-5 business days . International orders are shipped within the same period and are generally received in 7-10 days.

Returns Policy Prior to returning any product, please call us on 01628-898366 to get a return authorisation. This authorisation will be required in order to process any changes or refunds.

Faulty goods will be fully refunded; we will pay the return postage.

Non-faulty goods must be returned within 14 days after receiving the product. The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods are still in the condition that they left us in. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves.
