| Aloe Ferox - The Wild Aloe |
| Aloe Ferox, also known as Cap aloe (Aloe
Capensis), translated from the Latin means 'the wild Aloe'. It
grows wild in the Cape regions of South Africa, completely
uncultivated and left entirely to the laws of nature. Aloe Ferox
is neither irrigated nor treated with pesticides or
insecticides. It is so strong that its own immune system helps
it to survive. It is also the mother of the cultivated and
intensively grown Aloe Vera. To make the highly effective Aloe
Ferox products, only the lowest leaves of the plant are
harvested. This allows for a constant growth of new leaves at
the top, thus ensuring the continued existence of this unique
wild plant. |

| Aloe Ferox - A plant with unique
healing properties. |
| Because of the biochemical composition of the
fleshy part and the juice of the plant, Aloe Ferox has the most
suitable properties expected of a medicinal plant among the 250
different species of Aloe known today. Apart from growing truly
wild, it is superior in many ways to the more widely known Aloe Vera
and should be given preference. Contrary to Aloe Vera, Aloe Ferox
never has to be filtered and thus retains all the naturally present
active ingredients. For example, Aloe Ferox contains three times the
amount of high-molecular polysaccharides compared to Aloe Vera. The
proportion of amino acids (proteins) is 2 to 1 in comparison. The
iron and calcium content is also decidedly higher in Aloe Ferox. |
| Aloe Ferox - Containing Highly
Effective Ingredients |
Polysaccharides:
These are credited with the highest effectiveness. They have a
positive effect on the human immune system in that, over time, they
help to strengthen the body's own resistance to germs. They also
help to promote faster healing of wounds by encouraging the growth
of lymphocytes (white blood cells, defence cells) and fibroblasts
(build up connective tissue). Polysaccharides also positively affect
the fluid balance of the body, thus aiding in cases of dry mucous
membranes and oedema. |
Secondary Plant Substances (SPS):
Besides polysaccharides, Aloe Ferox contains about 160 different
secondary plant substances, such as iso and bio flavinoids, aloiside
etc. Modern research in natural medicine looks closely at SPS.
Results show that these secondary plant substances can have an
anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-carinogenic (anti-caner) and
anti-mycotic (anti-fungal effect). |
Vital Substances:
Aloe Ferox also contains natural and highly effective vital
substances. The most important of these are the vitamins A, B1, B2,
B6, B12, C, E, cholin, biotin and folic acid. In addition to
enzymes, essential fatty acids and amino acids (proteins), there are
iron, calcium, magnesium and zinc. |
